My father in law was a butcher and did a lot of deer processing on the side up in Michigan. He unfortunately passed away earlier this year and my wife has decided not to keep a lot of his stuff. Most of the equipment has been kept by her brother but we brought back all this seasoning this year. I can tell you that the venison Italian sausage he made is the best I've ever had. We are keeping some of it for personal use but there's no way we'll ever use all of this.
Retail is around 20$ a bag and each bag can do 25lbs of meat. Selling for 10$ a bag or 3 for 25$. Mix and match all you wish and if you want to purchase a larger quantity, a deal will be made to reduce further. We have multiple cases of the summer sausage mix.
