To do this they are increasing their minimum wage across the board, in some cases doubling benefits, offering free higher ed, and increasing the amount of paid vacation and sick time each employee gets. Of course Wal-Mart wont be taking a financial hit on this, they are cutting jobs equal to the new fiscal burden.
