Walther Customer Service A+++

Just thought I'd share something positive . Sent off my PPS Mod 1 due to the mag release not resetting after removing/inserting the mag. Nine days later, its back home, fixed and functioning flawlessly.

My cost was $17 to ship it to Arkansas. The customer service rep handling my claim was responsive and courteous. Walther just proved to me that their customer service is every bit as top notch as their products!

I can second that! I love Walther products and have had excellent experiences with their customer service as well. The last guy I spoke with even sent me some free stickers after I made him laugh by saying Walthers are better looking and more high end Glocks. haha
