Anyone have any suggestions or personal experience with this. Wondering if its a good idea or if I should just stick with the iwb. I wear jeans everyday to work with my shirt tucked in and it can sometimes be a pain with the iwb holster. Any suggestions or advice welcome.

It does not make much sense for deployment when being caught off guard because of the difficulty and speed of getting it out. Would it be better than nothing? Possibly. Deployment from the ankle while sitting in an automobile is much faster for right handed shooters. I carry a G26 on my ankle most of the time as a backup gun.

Also take a look at a bellyband type holster. It has some downsides too, but still works when tucking shirts in with smaller handguns.
