Weed, grass, if it's growing in the ground killer

I need a weed killer that is strong enough to kill creeping vines that are trying to take over my fence line and now growing up the side of my porch. I have no idea what it is so I'll just kill everything around it. It's all weeds and crabgrass anyway.

Any suggestions?

Roundup is good. Glyphosate is much cheaper, same active ingredient in Roundup.

If this is the same stuff that grows in my yard I don't think you can kill it. It is a rhizome so it will just pop up somewhere else. Mine grows along the fence, but pushes all the way into the middle of the yard too. If you successfully kill it, please post it back here.
