what are complete lowers going for

Depends on the brand and what type of parts used, for instance there was someone recently that listed 3 lowers for sale, they went for 300 each, but we're quality lowers with magpul furniture.

If it was just a cheap lower with standard Lpk and furniture, 200 is a fair price.

I just ordered 2 at 129 a couple months back and I see that PSA has them for that price again.
They also regularly have the Magpul MOE stocked and trigger guard versions for 159
