I've seen this for a few years in a parking lot, now I saw it somewhere else. Does anyone know what this is for? I tried my google fu, and it was lacking. Obviously it is sideways.

Four is avoided in Japan and sounds like the word meaning death to them. No 4th floors, etc. Sort of like our "13". So, you would have something if it was "four"!

this one has been on a light pole in the parking lot of the Saigon-Hong Kong food market in baton rouge on Florida and Sherwood. A few weeks ago, I saw the same sticker on a shopping cart return thing in the Lowe's parking lot on millerville. I've always wondered where it came from, figured it was just an interesting kids sticker or something, but my interest was perked when I saw the same sticker in another area of town. It made me think it has some kind of meaning or significance, and I just don't know it.
