Brookhaven and Calverton. Both go out to 200 yards. What is the point you are trying to make exactly?

I figured I wouldn't have many opportunities to shoot further than 200 and that played into why I bought the rifle chambered in .308. If I had access to much further I would have went with 300 win mag, 338 Lapau, or 6.5 creedmore.

I'd say. Outstanding!
Thanks!
That's a mighty fine "cheapo" build, sir. What's the specs, if you don't mind me asking?
Started with the barrel of course, Anderson arms fluted HBAR, 16" carbine gassed in .223 Wylde with 1:8 twist. Troy Alpha rail, Can't remember the upper, spikes BCG, Spikes lower, Timney trigger, JP captured buffer spring, Magpul fixed stock, Nikon P-223 scope in 3-9x40 and a green blob (Atlas takeoff) bipod and a linear comp. The rifle is a dream to shoot.
I wasn't being sarcastic when I said elcheapo. Much of the rifle was assembled with parts I had laying around either new takeoff or used. And I didn't exactly go all out on much of anything, although I could have gone cheaper on the trigger, stock and handguard.
The barrel cost me $121 shipped, btw.
