What is my AR worth?

I built this gun a few years ago and I've been kicking around the idea of selling this gun, but what should I list it for?

Specs:

Lower:
-Seekins Billet
-Geissle 2-Stage Trigger
-Magpul stock
-Magpul ASAP
-Magpul MOE Grip
-H2 Buffer

Upper:
-BCM Upper Receiver
-BCM SS410 20" Barrel (5.56)
-BCM BCG
-BCM MOD4 Latch
-Diamondhead 15" VRS Rail
-Magpul RSA
-Vortex Flash Hider
-Bipod Adapter

Round count: around 150 rounds of Freedom Munitions .223 55grain V-MAX

Scope: Bushnell 3-9x40 holds zero and is mounted in a set of rings from Academy Sporting Goods (never saved up for a good scope and mount )

Groups: The last picture posted is a 5-shot group at 100 yards using the ammo mentioned above

I think your lower is worth ~450-500

And your upper ~650-750

Mind you these are prices I think are fair on the USED market, I also think you will probably get more for the upper and lower separate. For instance, I may be looking for a new rifle or build project, and would be willing to buy your complete lower b/c I may have wanted to go a different route on the upper or had a shorter barrel. OR someone looking for a 20 inch build may want a magpul PRS stock and different grip, or maybe a lighter trigger which would increase their cost since they would have to replace those parts.
