What is the best emergency radio to get?

I am looking for a small emergency radio to use in case of power outages and hurricanes. Can anyone suggest a good one to get? I saw the Eaton FR360 at Lowes for $50 but the reviews I read on-line were not so good. I did read some good reviews of the Midland ER102 radio.

There are cell phone apps available for me locally. Don't know if they are available everywhere. Advantage is that it goes where you go.
