Where have all the x54r VEPRs gone?

I am almost out of AIT (jan 31st graduation! ) for the LA National Guard and have been shopping around for a x54r vepr with a 16 inch or 20 inch barrel for hogging and target blasting, I have this love of VEPRs after havinga5.45 one, and sadly no one had them in Stock nowhere were they mentioned for sale under any forums, I want one when I get b back and want to blast a hoof with one! It would be my expensive purchase after training... Any leads?

I'll have the cash,but won't be buying till feb 1 or 2 as that's when I get back... atlantic has one in New ak furniture, but it'sa 23 inch one and almost 1100 when they used to be 700 to 800

I believe they are imported into the US in large quantities only a few times a year. You could be waiting for the next batch to become available, someone please correct me if you know otherwise.

Congrats on the AIT. My youngest brother graduated AIT about 2 yrs ago. I didn't get him a VEPR, but I did get him a decent AR setup:
