    I would stay away from any cheap stuff on the .44. Weaver, Leupold, and Burris are good to go. Also I recommend a Warne base and Warne rings.

    Like the heading says.........
    I looked on the Weaver website and found that they do not show any "handgun" scopes. Do you know if this is a scope with long eye relief?

    I was able to find one on SWFA.com. I just want to make sure it has the long eye relief.

    Leupold is the gloss black.
    I have one mounted on an 308 Savage Striker......no problems.
