I'm not sure how your court hypothetical has any relevance but if we're playing that game, if you hypothetically were in the ghettoest ghetto of Detroit visiting family, and you said (A) to one vicious street thug and (B) to another, when the tapes were released which do you think would be seen shooting you first? It is fact his father is involved as a key witness for the biggest money control scandal in the history of the world.

Just hear me out here...is it possible people DO see beyond their nose and are still capable of thinking something is absolutely ridiculous? Often times digging deeper reveals zero fact, only speculation and crackpot theories. That doesn't mean you're not capable of thinking about it, it just means you don't see anything of substance that will change your mind. Seems some people can't fathom that and use that ignorance to feel superior to those who using solid logic disagree with the ridiculous theories.

Isn't it public knowledge about his dad?

Isn't James Holmes facial hair the same length in court as it is in his mug shot? Don't you know that hair has a specific rate of growth?

I thought it was common knowledge but maybe you haven't seen everything there is to be seen so-

There are many eye witnesses stating that there was a second man holding the back door open with his foot. He was wearing black camo, was wearing a gas mask, had guns, took a phone call and headed to the emergency exit. All witnesses concur. The second man threw tear gas into the crowd, fired one shot into the air and when everyone stood up in fear, he started shooting them. Some people said they thought it was part of the show at first. He grabbed a young girl and took her out the back door with him.

Later, a police officer reported that a man fitting that description was running down the parking lot heading for a road. The officer called for backup.

Later, a gas mask was retrieved behind the building where that second shooter was running. A blood trail was leading in that direction and appeared to be from a victim that was struggling to get away. The blood trail then turned back to the theater. A pair of pink flip flops were found outside that back emergency exit. They were small, about the size you'd expect a 13 year old girl to wear.

All of that can be seen in photos of the crime scene, heard in playback of police radio and confirmed by eye witnesses.

As nicely laid out as it is, not a single "fact" they list has anything to back it up. I could make an even better looking page describing how Mickey Mouse was the real shooter.
