Are you guys recommending that I shoot them?

That would be suggesting illegal activity. Within 500 yards of an occupied dwelling.

I would suggest you find a way to either remove the animal, discourage the animal from coming onto your property, or humanely put the animal down without having it ingest pieces of broken glass and bleed to death internally

    Exactly, post 113.

C'mon Jack. Don't be obtuse. Cite statute. Any one that applies. I'll accept the truth, either way. I don't understand the reluctance.

Not dodging any question. Waiting for your answer to my question which preceded yours. That's the way it works. Quid pro quo.

It is certainly moving in that direction, but I don't think it would be fair to lock it without giving leonidas a chance to answer for himself.

I think there have been plenty of threads here locked without people answering for their statements. What is one more?

    It is pointless.

Feral is wild by definition. Multiple dictionaries will confirm that.

The legislature has forbidden me to shoot them in a neighborhood. Local authorities refuse to act. If the problem arises again may I call on you Ronnie, or one of the other officers to come over and handle the matter humanely

Nope. I don't work where you live.

Figure it out on your own. Gus posted several options that are very reasonable.

I guess I'm blessed living out in an area that has no feral cats because of coyotes, foxes, and bobcats. It's bad out here. I don't walk my little dog after the sun goes down.
