I also do have to ask what are peoples reactions when they see this. Most of us here know the craziness of these prices, but the general public I think just deal with it and buy regardless.

There are some decent deals at gun shows if your careful, especially on C&R guns. Go in knowing the internet and Shotgun News prices on what your interested in. On anything older, I prefer to inspect the gun and the bore myself. Also you may bump into that 1939 sidearm without having to pay an extra $10 for a nice bore and another $10 for them to find a 39, then freight and FFL fees.

I've never seen 22 ammo I could afford, but I've bought name brand S&W 500 Magnum ammo cheaper than internet prices with freight.
