Hayden tells TMZ his ex-girlfriend, and mother to one of his daughters,
went to cops more than a week ago and accused him of molesting their child.
He claims the woman did it in retaliation for him ending their relationship.

Hayden also says the daughter -- who he is raising with his new wife --
was interviewed by Child Protective Services and returned to his home.
He says he is fully cooperating with authorities.

    :dunno:

Seems like if C&P would have suspected child endangerment
they'd have never released the daughter back to his custody.

But how much Probable Cause do you need
to arrest someone for Child Molestation :eek3:

There's got to be ....evidence no?

I know of someone going through this exact same situation. With a mountain of evidence supporting his innocence, the case still has not gone to trial after nearly 5 years.

I sure hope Will is innocent, and no child was harmed. Mr. Hayden's reputation will likely never recover, even if found to be innocent.

It seems like a false statement by a jealous ex girlfriend. I mean like yall said if they really thought she was in danger they wouldnt have allowed him to take custody of her after being released.

I too know someone accused of the same but she was a female and the kid(Male Step-son)
was supposedly 16 at the time.

Husband used it to divorce her and gain full custody etc etc etc.

She's yet to recover from the shock of it all and still today years later,
swears she's innocent and would have never done what she considered 'something that nasty'.

Sad thing was, the step son died when he was 18
and apparently never told anyone but the father about it.

So when this all went down, he had been in the ground for about 5 years now.

Even worse after it was settled, he tried to get back with her
supposedly regretting he started the whole thing :eek3:

Crazy how folks life can turn upside down just from an arrest.

Which made me question KPLC's new practice of posting Arrest Mug Shots
    on their Facebook page.

Could you not have a defamation suit against a News Agency
for posting your mug shot if you were found to be innocent?

Just seems wrong to post mug shots of people that aren't guilty of anything yet
and may turn out not to be altogether :dunno:

HM, the person I'm referring to was drug through the local newspaper. I've often thought the same about defamation. Same old story, guilty 'till proven innocent, I guess.

Wow...this girls ex-husband was an ... Official, to put it nicely and his (first) wife was also.
They sort of saw to it that she was banned from leaving her residing parish and had to wear an ankle bracelet
    during the case.

She's never left the state before, ever. The ex-husband was her bread and butter
she had no money. So she was no flight risk.

It was a crazy tale of drama that still lingers today. i never seen **** like that before lol

    Glad it wasn't me.

My #1 pet-peeve is False Accusation....and if accused maliciously even more so

If it's an ex-girlfriend or ex-wife, I wouldn't believe it. I know of some buddies whose ex-wives did this to them because the ex-wife wanted full custody, child support, and everything else. My buddies had to endure a whole year's worth of court, financial stress, emotional stress, etc just to prove that they were legit. All the charges were dismissed, but the dumb thing is that they had to prove their innocence. The whole court system is messed up when an innocent person has to spend time, money, and energy to prove that it was all a lie. All because of a jealous ex-wife. Oh yeah, because of the allegations of "abuse" my buddies had to get rid of their firearms for the year until they were found innocent. Justice system sucks.

I've seen that since I was a young kid. Mom's(or so-called mom's) get WAY TOO MUCH Credit.
In custody battles, they damn near got to show up with a needle hanging out each arm,
a cigarette hanging out their mouth drunk with a 5th in her hand
dragging in a few more kids by chains in order for a judge to rule against them in a custody battle.

Even still there'd be no guarantee.

I know of a child who's father OD'd. The mom's a junkie who poisons the child against the grandparents. Grandparents desperately fought tooth and nail for custody...guess who's got custody...junkie mom.

I have no opinion on the merits of the current case against Will Hayden....Yet I personally have known women who bragged about using this tactic against ex's

I think it's much more common than it appears on the surface. And...it's damned hard to defend oneself against said allegations...especially when you are dealing with a very controlling mother who coached her daughter.

There's an old saying...Sex is the most powerful weapon.

It has been discussed many times that these divorce/breakups can be full of spite and vengeance. If it turns out this man is totally vindicated; the accuser should serve prison time.

His reputation will probably be completely ruined by this; even after adjudication. These accusations are hard to come back from. I know I would much rather have some one accuse me of being a racist than a child predator. Everyone can at least admit they've thought about some type of racist thought at one time in their lives; except Sean Hannity of course.

I wonder what A&E's going to do with the show?

What would you do if you were head of programming for A&E?

Maybe this is all some twisted publicity stunt to boost lagging ratings within the redneck market?
