President Obama releases statement on death of Michael Brown, Jr
The death of Michael Brown is heartbreaking, and Michelle and I send our deepest condolences
to his family and his community at this very difficult time. As Attorney General Holder has indicated,
the Department of Justice is investigating the situation along with local officials,
and they will continue to direct resources to the case as needed. yata yata yata,,,,,

Hmm I have to say, I find that interesting. Reason being, that's a Juvie Record,
which is usually sealed unless a court order releases it no?

Just trying to vet it that's all.

Juvenile records are not automatically "sealed", contrary to popular belief. It depends on age, offense, and most importantly the charge and repeated convictions (especially if charged as an adult)

Its Missouri, They may operate under different rules or its a leak or bogus ?

Google-fu states that Missouri will not seal nor expunge violent felonies when charged as an adult. As a default, their juvenile courts will only seal the following felonies at age 17:

    Trespassing in the first degree
    Passing a bad check
    Disturbing the peace misdemeanors
    Negligent burning or explosion
Tampering with the property of another
    Gambling
Drunkenness or drinking in certain places
fraudulent use of credit or debit instrument
    Misdemeanor prostitution
A DUI older than 10 years or
    A juvenile alcohol related offense

If it's true, it shouldn't minimize the effort to find out the truth about the shooting. But it sure does take a lot of empathy out of the early stages.

I honestly didn't have much to begin with. it's hard to empathize with someone who (if the story is true) would be dumb enough to push a cop back into his car and go in after him. Why would he do that? It boggles the mind.

-Change is not going to come, until we change it!
-Not riots burning down donut stores and weave shops
-All we know how to do is blame white folks and police.
-50+ years and were just going around in circles

    Interesting perspective.

Just your friendly neighborhood police officers. I'm torn between my dismay in the militarization of the police in this country and the need to put down these kinds of insurrections.

I know what you mean..... how much is enough?

I think it's interesting too how most Academy's
    are more/or less Boot Camps.

So the mentality coming out is more/or less Militarized.

The military is trained that way for a purpose,
    now so are the Police?

Maybe my misunderstanding of the reasons why
is the cause for my questioning of it.

But the truth is not yet known.

This violence is just senseless animalistic violence! If there were any intelligence behind this it would understand that finally the black Attorney General is going to investigate something to get to the truth. And, these dumbasses would also start to wonder why this matters and the IRS scandal doesn't.

It should make sense, but alas.............:(
