Agreed but until he gives up the Chief Justice slot we will continue to have everything filter Roberts as to what they will hear. And that means fundamentally conservative issues will only come up under rare circumstance or when the court is likely to lean a little left. And to prevent any confusion this is my non-scholarly individual commentary based on my observations and cynicism from 20+ years of watching politics. I don’t have a degree in political science nor do I possess first hand knowledge of the court or it’s members ideocincracies.
