Sadly we are somewhat preaching to the choir here on Bayou Shooter. At least there are a few people left who have an awareness of the danger. I hope to goodness that others in the USA and even around the free world wake up to China's plans very soon. I absolutely do not want my grandson to live under Chinese Communist Party Rule!!!

American was the arsenal of Democracy during WWII and needs to return to that position very quickly. China also needs to reimburse the world for all of it terrible trouble with this Wuhan Virus.

Re-Reading my post, I realize it may not have been particularly clear, though I am surprised and disappointed at Dave's rude Reynolds wrap comment. Austin asked the question in a much more dignified way and I will try to explain my concerns in a more thorough manner for all.

The Chinese Communist Party and China’s President Xi Jinping appear to me and many others to be making every attempt at becoming the dominating world power and to put the United States in a very weakened position, politically militarily, and economically. He has said that the communist country's 100th anniversary in 2049 is his target date for the completion. His position is no secret and is well documented.

We have also outsourced a great deal of our industrial production to China, much to our detriment. Our industrial base during WWII contributed greatly to the allies ability to defeat the axis powers and keep us safe.

We are letting China dominate us without even a whimper. I very much doubt that I will see the 100 year point, but I dearly hope my grandchildren and yours do not see his goals happen.

You’re correct. People who throw the tin foil hat comments around are like the la-la kid. You know the one, doesn’t wanna hear any truth other than his own, fingers in his ears, la-la-la-la....just can’t deal with it.
As stated after, Trump has tried to slow some of China’s advance, but they’ve had those 8 years before him with people in power selling them anything they wanted. I can only imagine the secrets they’ve acquired from Hillary and others.
You would think our current predicament would wake some folks up, right? People that think China is not a super power are gonna be caught by surprise one day.

The CCP has made it very clear in no uncertain terms they are currently planning and carrying out, and expecting to be the preeminent superpower over the world. That is; economically, industrially, and militarily!

Communists have no interest in Western ideals or democracy! Their people are pawns to them and are only useful in these pursuits!

As for the relation to the virus? The 5 eyes dossier has faulted the CCP by name and formally accused the CCP of allowing this pandemic to envelop the world. In it, is specifically spells out in a timeline, how the CCP delayed notifying the world of the spread potential of this virus, physically held back and destroyed evidence of the virus' genetic makeup (on purpose), and allowed infected residents of Wuhan to travel to every corner of the world EXCEPT other parts of China.

The only thing that has not been clearly ascertained by the rest of the world, and may not ever be proven, is; did they do this maliciously and deliberately to weaken the global economies of damn near every other country in the entire world?

So, if anyone believes that the threat from these communist trashbags is not a serious threat to our current democracy, our economy, and our way of life, then I would suggest tin foil all around for them!

I thought most people on this board realized that was the case, and was mainly lamenting that some other people of our country might not. Being raised during the cold war and seeing first-hand the terrible consequences of the Red Chinese intervention in the Viet Nam war, I may be more worried about them than some. I was taking a strategic view of the Covid-19 problem, but it may be a bit early to take that view. Most, including my fireman son, are just trying to make it through another day rather than finding the root causes yet.

Armageddon?", my concerns about the relationship between the Red Chinese Party and the agony of the Covid-19, apparently have a questionable fit. Re-reading the entire thread, however, I am not the first poster who has raised these concerns.

I have no intention of buying or selling firearms on this board, but only am a Premium Member because I want to support the board and the good information on it. Austin, though we have never met, I do appreciate your efforts with the board. I assume you do it on a voluntary basis with little if any reimbursement. He definitely has done more than any other president in our time to protect our sovereignty and get us out of the bad trade deals we were in that benefited everyone except the US. Presidents and other leaders of the past had us bending over for China and other countries and handing them the keys to the city so to speak. I hope you’re right and he sees a second term.

While it makes no sense to waste food, it’s been done at the worst times in our country. Apparently we didn’t learn anything. When the government involves itself in things that the private sector can run on its own, it usually goes to shite. When the federal government puts up our tax dollars to support us, as if we can’t do that ourselves, it’s almost guaranteed they will let it go to shite.
