Can't Seem to Get CHL Online Done

I take that to mean that they could have denied me for the five years after the ruling of my case. I'm under the impression that it never goes away from record just public record because of the expungement. I'm sure I'm just making this harder than it really is I just want to do it the right way. -

Please forgive another wanna be CC'er. I've got a few questions maybe y'all could help me out with. I was arrested for a DWI around about 10-12 years ago and I know I need a copy of something from the clerk of court even though it was expunged. What exactly do I ask for when I go? Disposition...
