      Looking for guidance?

Troedoff and Mickey are correct 100%. Others think they are. Ultimately you are not going to learn how to make that shot on the internet. You need to get with someone who knows how to do this which requires buliding a solid shooting position in an unconventional manner. Like PRS style shooting...

      Any experience with STI International?

They are and have been the gold standard for USPSA competition for years. There are members here who have shot over 100K rounds through them. Some say quality has slacked since years past but I bought another one last year, a newer model, and it has been flawless. Buy with confidence IMO.

      Favorite deer rifle caliber?

Thankfully there are some units that are beginning to wise up and look at alternative calibers that have better performance than the 1906 and 1952 designs mentioned. There have been a few improvements in cartridge design that has happened since then which can be had with only a swap of a barrel...

Leupold MIL or MOA / FFP or SFP and Why?

Leupold MIL or MOA / FFP or SFP and Why?

Listen to this guy ^^^^^. As far as calculations and conversions it's all BS as long as you make sure the reticle and the turret adjustments are in the same units. If your scope has a MOA turret (be it 1/4 MOA per click, 1/8th MOA per click, 1/2 MOA per click or 1 MOA per click) make sure that...

      Favorite deer rifle caliber?

With the right caliber and the right conditions you can kill them from almost as far as you want if you know what you're doing. This was shot off a picnic table that is used for target practice and zeroing. The group I'm point to was shot at the 1000 yard target, you can see the red circle of...

      Best AR-10 off the shelf?

I've got a Seekins in 6.5 Creedmoor that shoots really well. JP would be my other choice.

      Glass bedding tips

Do it all at the same time, pillars and epoxy. Tape the front and sides of the recoil lug, not the back so that the barreled action comes free from the stock easily. I use Johnson Floor wax as the release agent on all the metal. I've heard Hornady One Shot works too. Robert Gradious sell...
