It's the same ground that's been there for at least half a century. I don't think it goes down 8 feet because I can wiggle it around in the dirt. It is also steel.
I just had a new phone line run, and the installer ran a wire to the house's ground rod. After looking it over I realized that the phone line, meter box, and circuit breaker box are all grounded to the same rod. Is this safe?
For sale only, no trades. One Glock 19 gen 3 in the factory case. I am the second owner, round count is 50. The gun has not been carried and is in perfect shape. One of the latches is missing from the case. $400 firm in the Monroe area.
I'm not giving some random person a picture of my DL or even the number. The big three numbers needed to commit identity theft are DL#, date of birth, and social.
I don't care if you want that information. I have walked away from deals before because someone demanded my DL and I will probably...
I marked the vicinity myself after the people at 811 suggested it. Atmos came and marked yesterday afternoon. AT&T is also on the ticket but all the phone lines in my neighborhood are on poles so I'm not too concerned about that.
I called the plumber and left a message Friday but I haven't...
As I have said before, the plumber told me to call 811. I called 811. The utilities haven't showed up and marked anything. I don't see what part of that is so hard to understand.
Apparently West Monroe isn't. They had all day Thursday and today to come out but they didn't. The public works department is closed on weekends, and the plumber is supposed to be here Monday morning. I called the one call people back and they said that if West Monroe hasn't marked by Monday at...
I have a plumber scheduled to come replace my sewer line between the house and the city line on Monday. I called to have the lines marked at 2pm Wednesday and was told that the city had two business days to do so, but they never showed up.
Can anyone tell me if the plumber can go ahead...
Because the people who want to "talk you down" either don't understand what "firm" means or ignore it. Seriously, I would say that I still get lower offers on at least 2/3 of the items I post as "$X firm".
First,
Second, this is true. Here or on other sites, if you want $300 and post it for $300, all you get is offers of $250 (or $150). If you post it for $350 and "let" someone "talk you down" you get the $300 you wanted.
West Monroe PD. I had to deal with them on an unrelated matter the day before. The others were completely professional but in any group of people there's that one ******* who makes life harder for everyone.
