      Nope. Hell, I don't even know anyone in Baton Rouge. After reading these posts, I was really worried that mine would expire at the end of this month without getting my new card. Now maybe they're getting caught up. We need as many CHP's out there as we can get.

      FYI for those that are renewing. I mailed my renewal from Shreveport on July, 30. My new card was issued on August, 30 And it was in my mailbox on September, 7.

      Anybody re-paint their sights???

      The little bottles of Dupli-Color touch up paint at Wally World have a ball-point end on them. It makes putting the paint where you want it pretty easy. It comes in any color you could want, also.

      I mailed my application in on 6/1. Just got word that the cashiers check cleared on 8/25. No license yet.
