      There are two parts to uninsured motorist just like liability. UM property damage / UM bodily injury. You don't necessarily have to have both the coverages unlike liability though.

      there is a difference between a driver that isn't listed on a policy and a driver that is excluded. If the driver is actually excluded from the policy then the claim won't be paid. If that is the case your best bet is to file on your uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage.

      I have a client (Bail Bonds) that is facing 3 felony charges right now all because they didn't just STFU!!! Cant tell you how many times I have seen people talk themselves into charges that would probably have been dropped in Justice court also.

      ^^^This has so much truth in it. I very rarely see people come through court with just a simple possession charge. For context I am a bail bondsmen in MS. Heck the interview in that article the woman was charged with having meth.

      Need more info. Has he already skipped The bail? Or is the bondsman just revoking his bail. One instance could mean you harboring a fugitive (felony in MS) the other not. Ps I can only speak for MS laws.
