Hi Phil, is your pistol running the combat ejector that is extended ? If so, you can find a standard to compare it to and replace with it. That should fix your dings at the slide and port. The extended combat ejector is not needed anyway unless you are running a compensator and juiced up loads...
Neither of these are free floating, but out to three hundred, its not an issue.
For the light-weight aspect, and the heat shield at a good price, I like the Glacier handguards from J&T Distributing....Theresa and all the bunch over there go out of the way to help with good customer service...
