      Owning multiple SBR uppers question

      Well I can't find a straight answer on this: If I have a single registered and legal SBR lower, can I own multiple SBR uppers (for said lower) while simultaneously having regular un used rifle lowers in the same house? Or does that fall under destructive (?) intent? I would hate to have to leave...

      Like the title states I am selling a motorized scooter made by goped. It is 25cc with the hard rubber wheels. Ran about 15 MPH back in the day.       Carb rebuilding?

      Anybody know of a place that rebuilds carbs? I have a few single barrel carburetors that are for 4 cylinder equipment engines that need kits and heavy cleaning. Can't find any places googling and figured someone on here might know of a place.
