      Who do reloads get it wrong?

      Loaded up a batch this morning for .308. Then went out and shot a few. .272 CTC @100 yds.(5 shot group). Nuff said.

      Well bolt is back from Gre-Tan and it looks good. I measured my old pin they turned and got .060. I'll let you know how it does shortly. Got a new EGW scope mount coming but I think I'm going to try it out tomorrow and see what my primers look like.

      Thanks. I forgot about Clark over at Haughton. LongRifles has a nice web site. I like to have the 700 trued and either rebarrel or set the barrel back and rechamber it to reduce the leade. Mine has a lot of freebore. Or I may just sell it and buy a Savage. Thanks again for the help.

      Can anybody give me the name and location of a good smith? I have a fairly new Rem. 700P with the infamous over chamfered firing pin hole in the bolt face. I'm willing to drive 100 miles or so if I can get this remedied. I'm thinking about trying my hand at some long range shooting and will...

      Hello. Glad to find a forum for Cajun area shooters. Live near Calhoun,La bout halfway between Monroe and Ruston. Like shooting, reloading, and tinkering on my guns. Have a 100 yd. range on my property so I don't have to drive to a range for hunting zeroing. Hay again. :bravo:
