180 degree ricochet?

Several years ago a friend on my wife. During firearms training while standing to the rear of the shooter was struck in the arm by bullet fragment.

Several times. Zeroing an M249 saw at the 25m berm. Had a tracer fly right back at me.
Working up home cast lead loads for 10mm, the base of the Boolit separated and came straight back and slapped my knee.
