I want to buy a 1911 for my CCW and just for target shooting. As you all know there is a market alone for 1911's. There is one little secret though. All of the brands that illegitimately use the 1911 name are built to the same military specifications. With that in mind I am not necessarily looking for the "best" gun ever. A Colt would be great, because of the historical value, but my budget is nor realistic for a Colt right now. Any offers will be considered.
