1911 work near Baton Rouge?

I have a series 80 Colt that I would like to have some work done on near Baton Rouge. I use the gun for general shooting/plinking and home defense. I want some accuracy and trigger work done and some adjustable sights installed. What else should I consider and who can do it? Thanks.

I saw the title (1911 work near Baton Rouge?) and thought that I'd better not go near BR with my 1911 or it might stop working. LOL
