22 LR For Black Friday?

I don't know why, but I gotta think that there will be 22 LR in the stores come Friday to kick off the Christmas shopping season. The stores have lots of 22 rifles and handguns in stock, and it won't be easy to sell them without ammo.

Here in the Twin Cities, we don't have Bass Pro, Gander Mountain, Cabela's, or any of those places. We do have Academy, Dick's, Walmart and some big LGS's.

Wonder where the best chance will be to find ammo on Friday?

Tyner Petrus is your best bet to find 22lr around here, and even there, you have to get lucky or call every day. It's crazy. I don't understand why it's still like this, but it's pissing me off.

It looks like Bass Pro Shops will be putting 325 rd packs of Federal up for sale later today for Cyber Monday @15$ per pack with a limit of 2. As of right now it has "Sale Starts Later Today!" across the add so there is no telling when it starts.

Walmart in P'Vile had CCI Mini Mag 100rd packs for $6.67 (regular price) this morning. The limit was 3. They still had about 10 boxes left when I walked out about 10am or so.
