.223 ammo in Baton Rouge

Now that I'm finally a .223 owner, where's the best place to get plinking ammo around the Baton Rouge area? And what's the most cost efficient plinking ammo that won't cause a lot of problems? I'd prefer brass, since I plan on getting a reloader in the near future, and I'm going to start saving the brass when I shoot, so I'll have a good stockpile when I start reloading.

If you have to have brass

I haven't run into any good deals at academy, walmart, etc. for .223 brass

www.militaryshooters.com picked up 1000 rounds at 207.98 of Silver Bear. I have not had any problems with this ammo and it was recommended by others at the range. It does not have the coating like the regular steel cased Brown Bear that caused problems in some guns. There is a $10 discount (code MS10 ) on orders over $200. With shipping came to $225.
