    It establishes new FAA regulations for the use of unmanned aircraft in US airspace. All this means is that with evolving technology, some people are trying to take pilots out of planes and stick them behind computers with joysticks. As a pilot(in training), and as a strong "anti-robot" person, I am doubly against this. Even so, it has nothing to do with spy drones because all military planes(manned or otherwise) are not subject to FAA regulations in any way.

    So they Subpoena the private sector, and swear out warrants on the same. The private sector does the leg work. Plausible deniability.
