Hey guys, new reloader here. I want to reload 300blk for my Bushmaster ACR. My barrel is a 14.5" pinned with pistol gas.

What sub pills work best for hunting? The 220s? The 208s? I'll primarily use supers but I'm just curious about real-world performance of the subs.

As far as initial purchases of components, should I strictly stick to the info on the 300aacblackout website?

220 are the best out there only if surpressed. 220 Sierra match King 9gr of lil gun or h 110. 124 match King 17 gr of h110 of lilgun. Have done a lot of testing and these Ive come to that are the best bullet and powder combo. OAL 2.20. Check in your mags before loading a lot to make sure they fit.

I have taken a number of deer with 300 Blackout shooting subsonics only. Used Lehigh bullets as they are designed to seperate at below 1100 fps. All one shot and longest run was 35 yards. One neck shot and rest lungs. I would not use anything that does not expand or seperate into multiple parts for deer hunting. 300 is deadly and accurate with these loads to 70 yards, my limit not gun or bullet limit.
