54-46 I think. Didn't realize it needed sixty at first so when I heard 50 I stopped listening until I heard that it needed 60 and therefore did not pass. Also noticed that ole Joe didn't stick around too long after that.

Leahy's Amendment would increase straw purchase and "gun trafficking" penalties, and introduce prosecution to gun sellers involved in a straw purchase with little to no clarification to whether or not they have to prove the seller knew about the straw purchase.
