Good morning fellas, well I have been waiting a while to try some of this ammo and finally have gotten some in. I typically use my encore 45-70 and silencerco hybrid along with 405gr hardcast and 13gr on trail boss for around a 1" group at 75yrds and it packs one heck of a punch. I have shot plenty deer in the food plot and the other deer just watch them run off and blow at them or keep eating, If that gives you and idea of how quiet it is .. I have even shot a big body 6pt running straight at me in the chest at about 80yrds and had complete pass through and made a new butt hole about 1" under the original one lol. But what it lacked was the expansion. I have never lost a deer with the 405gr subsonic hardcast but sometimes there was very little blood, even thought that's not a problem as I have never had one run outta sight before crashing like they were hit with a very sharp broad head. Its so quiet all you hear is the thump of the round on the deer. So it had the penetration, which I know is important to us fellas.
So fast forward I picked up some with super fast shipping, I received them within 2 days from my order, just like prime lol.... MAKER BULLETS, 350gr trex expanding bullets and started with my loading up...
Of course with the stupid stuff cause people are to stupid to understand unless I spell it out...
LOAD at your own risk.. this is my data. may be diff in your gun, try without suppressor first and look for keyholes, check case for improper burining ect and also don't play in traffic, point loaded guns at people and don't sass momma, good that's done

silencerco hybrid
leupold vx-r 3-9x40
350gr trex maker bullets
wlr primer
15gr trailboss
starline brass
light Lee factory crimp
started off at 13gr and worked my way up tp 15gr and was able to keep all rounds subsonic and sub 1" groups at 50 yrds with all loads and no key holes, I settled on the 15gr as they grouped the best. Then I tried the water jug test, and wow!!! shot 4 of them into jugs and 100% consistent.. All of them completely blew up the first 2 jugs and was caught in the 3rd jug. 3rd jugs all had around a 2" cut like a 3blade broad head in them and all retained 99.9% of there weight. I am very impressed with them and cant wait to try them on some deer.. I encourage yall to give maker bullets a try, they have every caliber super and subsonic projectiles you can think of and John is very nice with getting with you on starting up a load for your caliber... In short I couldn't be happier, well happy hunting to yall and good luck with the rest of the season
