    I'm putting the final touches on my new pit for "Party in the Pits" in Ponchatoula on Oct. 15th.
    I'll season it Saturday and have Ribs and Chicken for Sunday's Game.
    Brisket for next weeks game.

    I cut this one a little to close. I only have a few weeks to learn the pit, but we will see what happens.:)

    Came home with 14th in Chicken, 15th in Brisket, and a surprising 5th place in ribs.
    There were 55 teams.
    This was my first competition....... Beginners luck or experience?????

    I finally named my pit... "Dunn Smoke"
