6.8 spc

I have a 6.8 mm spc barrel that has the original spec chamber that I would like to get reamed out to the later spec II. Does anybody know of a gunsmith who can do this or of somebody who has a reamer that can either do it or rent me the reamer.

The reaming tool is available at 6.8 forum. I think it get's passed around so that others can do the same thing you are trying to do. Of course you would still have to find a machinist or smith to accomplish the task. If you haven't already checked out 6.8 forum, you should.

Hey, I may have told you wrong. I was poking around over there and I think you will have to rent it. I've got an spcii barrel already, so never had to use it. I can pm someone over there and find out who's got them available if you can't find it, but I know it's there somewhere.

Looks like there is a guy on ebay has one for rent. I will check it out when I get back from offshore.
