Can anyone help. I had my AR pistol at the range today. When I first built it I was using reman brass ammo and the bolt was getting stuck open. the safety, trigger and everything else was jammed as well. Bumping the charging handle on a post freed it up and all as good. I have since run about 500 rounds of Hornady steel ammo through it without a problem. I recently installed a POF trigger in the gun and on the first shot today, using reman brass ammo, the bolt stuck open. This time it was jammed solid but the safety moved freely. I ended up having to remove the buffer tube to get it unstuck. Given that pistols have gassing issues, could a lighter trigger that resets easier cause the bolt to cycle back with more force, thereby jamming the bolt back?
