9x23 win and 9mm largo whats the difference

Is the 9x23 win the same as the 9mm largo ? Can you shoot 9x23 in a star modelo super ?The barrel has 9mm largo stamed on it .

The 9x23 rim is .389, the Largo is .392. The largo chambers are way to large to support .38 Auto cases. Also the Largo is a low pressure cartridge, the 9x23 is high pressure 46,000 PSI
