Accuracy Issue

Aight was at the range with my mom and she has what i thought was an odd problem. No matter what pistol she was using her 1,2,3 and 5 shots were accurate. But her 4th shot was off target, not every time but often enough to casually notice this pattern in her shots. What could cause the 4th shot to consistently be off target???

Did the 4th shot consistently hit the same place off target? Or were they all over?

I'm thinking maybe a breathing thing? She may be holding her breath for 1-3 and exhaling/inhaling during 4.

yeh 4th was random but usually low

I don't really know but breathing seems likely, on exhale her body/shoulders are relaxing a bit more and she's shooting lower as a result.

Did she train "3 to the chest, one to the nuts"?
