1 I know that out of state firearms sales need an FFl. I have done a few both ways.

3. I would consider an interesting FAIR trade. I've found that most trade offers intend to unload unwanted , overpriced items that have been around for some time and no one wants. That said, I am open to trades that i would want or that would be salable at the trade price . thanks for looking
