With what as been reported, I think it is statistically impossible for #2 to not pass.

SOS site is way behind the local news sites in updating their information.

Looks like it's a pretty solid vote for yes. Orleans parish only one kinda on edge to vote no and is less then what I expected. On SOS website go to voter statistics and check it out. 54% of votes for Amnd 2 female??? I wouldn't have thought.
