Like i said - I highly recommend Sam Andrews. Hes one of the best leathersmiths anywhere. It takes some time to get custom work done, but well worth the wait - and the price. Not to mention, hes a great guy to speak with on the phone.

Well the inevitable question....How much was it?

$1,800. I failed to mention - he himself hand makes all of his holsters and answers the phone and was nice enough to send me samples of various leathers he uses. I'm glad he did as I was leaning towards tigershark or spined stingray. I felt this elephant trunk with my hands and knew thats what I wanted.
