    So much fail in there... but isn't the fact that he reloaded multiple times a pretty good argument against banning higher-cap mags? Also, why the hell does the mayor of NYC keep doing national studies on gun laws? I think my favorite is this sentence-
    The gun that shot President John Kennedy in 1963 was bought through the mail.
