    The text on the poll shows the news organization's misunderstanding of how the courts and the legislature work. And the obvious, the two choices, while easy to pick the right answer, are poorly written.

    Sounds like he'd have said so if it were looking good

    I wouldn't give results one way or the other. If people think there's no way it will fail then they won't get out and vote. Hence the reason why we now have a CATS tax in Baton Rouge.

    The above poster is correct. Like all races, it comes down to turn out. And we need voters to be motivated to get to polls and help reach the best possible outcome. This amendment will make a statement nationally -- the higher the percentage of approval, the bigger the statement.
