No drugs found on the premise?, is this true?
Anty's Lawyer is obviously thankful they have a recording of the event,
    Looks favoring for Anty.

Remember its MEM saying that, not the court. Plus, I bet the recording has the transaction discused which shows the intent he had to conduct a drug deal.
You do not need to have drugs to have the criminal intent to purchase them, which is a crime in and of itself. If that were the case, all the people arrested and convicted of "reverse buys" would walk free.
Lets not forget all the dumbass posting that he did about the case on OCDO and here. You bet they have subpeonea's for those posts. INtent will be easy to prove.

My prediction, he will be convicted, he will go to jail. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Anty did not use his weapon in furtherance of a drug deal. He didn't pull it out until a real threat was presented. I have to agree with MEM. An armed robber got wasted, that's all there is to it. The FBI has said you can kill 'em as a justifiable homicide. WTF is with the DA and his pious attitude? Never been off the golf course? Up for reelection? Related case here handed down the other day in federal appeals court.

    YOu agree with MEM??? NOOOOO.

DId you read the citation you posted? Even though it deals with a totally different issue, possession of a firearm, not a self defense killing, the Fed court Affirmed the lower courts ruling and Upheld the conviction. Even if it did apply it does not help anty's case.

...-plus used a high capcity clip.

WTF does that have to do with instance? There was only ONE shot fired. Period. End of story. MAGAZINE capacity has absolutley nothing to do with this incident. It could have been a single shot deringer and it would still have the same outcome!
