Any gunsmiths that counterbore barrels?

Got a few old barrels that could use this to clean up the muzzle end. Any smiths' out there that do this? Made a few calls, none of the smiths' I talked to do this and some don't even have a clue what it is.

Did you try Bill Berthelot in Slidell? I know he has a lathe and mill but don't know if he offers what you are wanting. Usually he is very busy also.
