I know this is kinda cheating, but I'm thinking of getting rid of a few things... and before I dig them out and take pix... I thought I'd ask if there was any interest.

Some of the things I'm looking at getting rid of are:
    CZ82
    Norinco Tokorev 9mm'
S&W 2 inch Victory .38 (Some cleaned up rust)
    RG 38
    Taurus .38 (Copy of a Model 10)
    NAA .22 MAG
    Explorer 2 (AR7 pistol)
    Seecamp 32, box, papers...
    Winchester 30-30 (1971 or 1974 I disremember)
    Couple M4geries
    NIB Eotech 552

I'd haveto look to see what else...

another pm sent. also why would an unregistered gun be more desired.

Cause it aint on the books anywhere. If they ever decide that model is too dangerous for the public, they can't come pick it up. After all that Taurus .38 will fire FIVE shots as fast as you can pull the trigger allowing gangbangers to use a technique called "Pray & Spray" when they shoot at someone. Anything over 4 shots really has no use for hunting anyhow and civilians don't need it. Who would hunt with a .38 anyhow? I heard those things shoot through schools........:eek3:

Unregistered? There is no registration in Louisiana, am I missing somthing?

I believe he means it hasn't been through an FFL (in a while) like maybe it has changed hands alot, somewhere down the line, one private citizen sold it to another and didn't make record of it. There has been some discussion here (and everywhere) how long the FBI holds on to NICS records (background checks with your name and the guns serial number on them). Some of us (the tin foil hat crowd) doubt they are being destroyed and are in some database somewhere.

Sorry for shitting all over your thread Nomad.......

The M4 stuff is the DPMS post I just bumped. See my last post to see why.

$225 on the S&W (Pics will be forthcomming)

    $125 on the Taurus

Unregistered could be desirable for any number of reasons, from another 'Katrina confiniscation' to Kalafornikation type regristration, to having a drop gun wiped clean of fingerprints... (I know NOTHING about THAT)

...Kinda like having a 'Build it yourself' AK...

Everything I have is legal, I have no problems with a bill of sale...

Every time you fill out a 4473 it's a delfacto regristration....

No problem dude, Spread the knowledge.

Alot of these are unregistered guns I've collected over the years and I'd kinda like to keep them that way now that I've upgraded. (Do you know how HARD it was to find an off the books NAA?)
