Any plumbers here? Need pricing help

I'm building a house and am getting plumbing estimates. One bathroom has one sink with a tub shower combo. Other one has two sinks and a claw foot tub. Kitchen has sink dishwasher and pot filler. Laundry room has utility sink, three hose bibs outside. House will be on piers, no rough in or digging at all. My lowest estimate BEFORE fixture cost is 9100$. This sounds ridiculous to me. Does this sound right to y'all ?? According to my budget percentages, this should be under 7k.

I tell young guys all the time. If you aren't going to college, learn a good trade. Become a plumber or electrician or mechanic.... Etc
Fwiw... I blew my budget on a renovation property within a few months.
Inflation is rampant IMO... Unless you want some crap made in China
